Luxury self-catering accommodation with magnificent sea-vies, 50 meters from the water's edge and 3 minutes walk to a safe-swimming beach!

We have Studios and Apartments. The STUDIOS are modern and spacious with private kitchen, private bathroom with shower, private balcony and stunning sea-views. They each sleep 2 – 3 persons.

The one-bedroom APARTMENTS overlook Fisherman's Beach and offer uninterrupted sea-views of False Bay from your bed, lounge and balcony! Luxurious, new, modern and spacious including large balcony with dining facilities and sunbeds.

Two-bedroom APARTMENTS are available in the same safe area and sleep from 4 to 6 persons.

Simon's Town is a small village situated on the False Bay coast 37 kilometres from Cape Town . Roman Rock is 3 kilometres from the centre of Simon's Town on the coastal road (M4S) to Cape Point.

Places to visit and things to do:

Visit the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve (10km) where you can enjoy our hiking trails and fynbos; Walk down to Boulders Beach where the Penguins breed (10 minutes); Visit the largest gemstone factory in the world –see how they tumble the stones or buy from the shop; Join the birdwatchers on a regular boat trip for a day at sea; Take a drive to Kirstenbosch (the world famous Botanical Gardens), Chapman's Peak or the Wine Route and taste our excellent wines. Go up Table Mountain with the revolving cable car or take a boat trip to Robben Island ; Enjoy golf on the local golf course or watch the whales from your balcony in Spring!
