Introduction

This 2nd floor self-catering apartment sleeps up to 4 guests and is situated in a small seafront apartment building directly opposite the popular safe swimming beach, water slide and putt-putt in Strand. The apartment does not have sea views, but is situated at the side of the building, (north facing) - warm and sunny in winter and with much less traffic noise than the Beach rd front!

With Strand being about 40 minutes’ drive from Cape Town, South Africa, and close to all tourist attractions, this ideally positioned vacation rental apartment provides the best in beachfront holiday accommodation. Sleep with the sound of the sea in your ears and simply walk across the road to be on the beach!

The self-catering apartment is a one bedroom with a double bed (with good mattress) in the bedroom and a double sleeper couch and 2 single beds in the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, 4 plate stove with oven, fridge with deepfreeze, all utensils. The lounge has a TV. Linen is supplied – please bring own bathing and swimming towels. Lock-up garage in courtyard - entrance with remote.
