Surroundings
Milnerton, with endless stretches of pristine beaches, provides some of the most stunning views of Table Mountain, across the bay. Situated just 20 minutes from the Waterfront and the vibrant city centre. Sunset Beach is ideally suited for day trips to the Winelands and up the West Coast, which is covered with flowers in the Springtime. Sunset Beach is also a windsurfers paradise, with the Golf Course on your doorstep.
Other activities include fishing, 4 x 4 trails dune surfing and Quad biking, for the adventuras and the not so. Surrounding Sunset Beach is the Rietvlei nature Reserve which is home to 112 species of bird. Nearby is the Koeberg Nature reserve, which offers hiking trails, whales and dolphins can also be seen along the coast from August - November. After relaxing take off to Ratanga Junction for the wildest ride of your life. At ratanga there are cinemas, variety shows and restaurants plus a super shopping mall.
