Introduction

Bontkop B&B ia a modern Cape Style house on the beach in Melkbosstrand close to Cape Town, Robben Island and the Atlantic ocean sunsets. The Stinkwood furnished bedrooms in the B&B have spacious en-suite bathrooms with separate bath and shower, all with unspoiled views of Table Mountain and Atlantic beaches and the ocean.

The honeymoon room has views of the whole of Table Bay and city lights from the bath. TV with Mnet, Coffee and tea-maker, safe and radio in rooms with microwave and stocked refrigerator in the lounge areas and BBQ on the pool deck.

From Melkbosstrand you can reach all of the best attractions in the Western Cape using open safe roads that are easy to negotiate. The property have direct access to the beach.

You can spend your day lazing next to the pool or on the private sundeck watching whales , or simply kick back to listen to the waves cascading over the rocks below. Refresh body and soul with long walks on our safe West coast beaches. Recharge in our unpolluted air with only the sounds of nature and beautiful west coast flowers.

An ostrich farm is situated only 15 km away. You can enjoy the fascinating wine route, also only 15 km away. The Grand West Casino can be easily reached by car- 25km.A visit to the interesting City of Cape Town with the vibrant Waterfront and the spectacular Table Mountain is just about 30km from our doorstep.

We can also arrange airport transfers and tours around the Cape Peninsula, as well as a sailing trip to the southern tip of Africa or whale watching between Bontkop B&B and Robben Island.
